When do I receive mining rewards?
Mining rewards are calculated and distributed daily at 00:00 UTC. The earnings appear in your account dashboard and can be withdrawn immediately with no minimum amount required.
What affects mining profitability?
Several factors impact profitability: network difficulty, cryptocurrency prices, your contract's hash power, and maintenance fees. We provide real-time analytics so you can track your earnings and market conditions.
Can I upgrade my mining plan?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time. The remaining value of your current contract will be credited toward the upgrade. Contact our support team or visit your dashboard to upgrade.
What happens at the end of my contract?
When your contract expires, you can choose to renew it, upgrade to a different plan, or withdraw your remaining balance. We'll notify you 30 days before expiration with your options.
How is hash power allocated?
Hash power is allocated based on your contract size and our total mining capacity. Higher-tier plans receive priority access to our most efficient mining hardware and optimized pools.

What are the maintenance fees?
Maintenance fees range from 1% to 3% depending on your plan. These fees cover electricity, cooling, internet, and on-site maintenance. Fees are deducted from your mining rewards before distribution.
Are there any hidden fees?
No, we believe in complete transparency. All fees are clearly stated in your contract. There are no setup fees, withdrawal fees, or hidden charges. What you see is what you get.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the nature of mining contracts, refunds are not available after purchase. However, you can sell or transfer your contract to another user through our marketplace (coming soon).
What's the minimum investment?

What is the cookie duration?
Cookie duration varies by tier: Bronze affiliates have 30-day cookies, Silver have 60-day cookies, and Gold affiliates have 90-day cookies. If a referred user clicks your link and purchases within this period, you earn commission.
